We came here as a last minute substitute due to colder weather. It turned out to be quite the hidden gem. The hike goes all over the place and was a little hard to follow but we don’t mind walking so.... more

Lovely gardens. We were able to walk through most of the 25 acres in about an hour and a half. So many beautiful flowers and trees! The grounds have lots of places to rest and enjoy the flora. There are also a few arbors to get some shade.

When you slow down and take your time, the world of Sonoma Botanical Garden really opens up to a wonderland of trees, shrubbery and leaves. As you walk around the pathways, views of colorful foliage change as the seasons age. I went into the Gift Shop and found wonderful posters, jewelry, linens etc. This is a fantastic place to meander and enjoy nature.
