Wine Country Chocolates, Glen Ellen

When you walk into this place, the first thing that hits you is the smell! 😍 It's this decadent chocolate goodness. The shop is upscale looking, but also inviting. The chocolates are all gorgeously made, and there is a window where you can see into the back. All the chocolate is made on site, which really explains the smell, and the quality is high. I purchased a pick you own 12 box for 24 dollars, so while pricey if you just want to binge on some chocolate, I'd say it's a reasonable price for a birthday or hostess gift. As well as being beautiful to look at, the chocolate tastes amazing. The flavors are unique and fresh. The man (I hate that I forgot his name!) was a lovely older Irish gentleman, and chatting with him was a great experience! We talked about everything from Jack London to The Beatles to Tattoos. I highly recommend this place!

Nice little chococlate shop! They make all their chocolates fresh! And the place has an amazing and delightful chocolate smell to it! They give some free samples so you don't have to commit without first trying the product! Definitely a nice spot to pass by if you're in the area and you have a mean chocolate craving!
