The Creation Evidence Museum of Texas, originally Creation Evidences Museum, is a creationist museum in Glen Rose in Somervell County in central Texas, United States. Founded in 1984 by Carl Baugh for the purpose of researching and displaying exhibits that support creationism, it portrays the Earth as six thousand years old and humans coexisting with dinosaurs, disputing that the Earth is approximately 4.5 billion years old and dinosaurs became extinct 65.5 million years before human beings arose.

    the museum has some wonderful evidence and fossils. to support the creation theory. Their introductory video was a bit long for younger kids attention spans.  more »

    I loved the fact that there's a creation museum I was able to take my children to and although the place wasn't that big, they did have a lot of things to look at and it was a very nice layout, but I am extremely disappointed with the service we got, especially coming from a Christian business. Everything was great until it was 3:57 (I checked my phone as to not go over closing time), and the lady at the front desk says, "Well, I gotta go! It's 4:00 and I need to pick up my kids from school." To be rudely spoken to at the end of the visit was such a disappointment!

    Quite an interesting place.. great video that plays and really neat exhibits. It's not a huge place so you wont spend all day there but give yourself an hour or two. Highly recommended
