Russell's Truck and Travel Center, Glenrio

Great place to stop! We initially only stopped for gas, snacks and a few souvenirs, which they did have a great selection of snacks, drinks and souvenirs. Once inside we realized they had a museum as well, which though we were short on time definitely decided to make the most out of our stop and enjoy. Very informative! We loved all the cars on display plus things of the days gone by! Very lovely stop! Store and restrooms were clean and well maintained, staff were friendly! Will stop again if we are in the area!

Was driving cross country and stopped for a break. One hour here was just not enough time to see everything. This is a wonderful stop to take a break, buy some goods. They have plenty: from snacks to clothes to souvenirs and health & beauty items. The dining area is spotless and resembles a dining car from years gone by. The museum...filled with absolutely beautiful classic cars and other things. Russell's is really like an OASIS in the desert. Worth going out of you way to see and perhaps have a bite to eat while there.
