Create an itinerary including Glorieta Zip Tour: The High Five
Our Glorieta Zip Tour features FIVE (yes, FIVE) sections of fast-moving zip lines stretched high above the alpine floor. No two sections are alike – each incorporates a totally different experience – and since The High Five is a dual-line tour, you can zip alongside a friend!

The High Five is situated in the Sangre de Cristo mountains (just outside of Santa Fe) and features incredible mountain views and breathtaking valleys to zip around and over! Come along on a 3-and-a-half hour zip line tour that's over a mile long!

Who can ride The High Five?

We want everyone to zip line! However, we do have some size requirements to keep you safe. You must be at least 4 feet tall and weigh between 50 and 300 pounds. We've had guests as young as 8 and as old as 80 ride The High Five! We do ask that riders under the age of 12 have an adult participate with them. The High Five is not recommended for women who are pregnant.

What should you wear?

Dress appropriately for the weather. We will operate in light rain, so please check the forecast for Glorieta! Make sure you are wearing shoes that won’t fall off. We don’t recommend hats as they tend to fly away. Sunglasses and sunscreen are always a good idea when you’re going to be outside. We also recommend longer shorts, as they are more comfortable in our harnesses!

Hiking for The High Five

You will be asked to hike our beautiful trails between some of the platforms. The longest distance is about ⅓ of a mile. The trails are maintained by Glorieta staff but will be a little uneven. You will be asked to carry your trolley with you, which weighs about 10 pounds.
With our international travel planner, Pecos attractions like Glorieta Zip Tour: The High Five can be center stage of your vacation plans, and you can find out about other attractions like it, unlike it, near it, and miles away.

  • It is five stages, hence the name. On one, you’ll accelerate to about 45 mph as you cross an about 400 foot depression beneath. For certain, you will enjoy it.
