Timber Creek Park reviews
Great park. Giant fenced in area. Plenty of trees and space for dogs to run. Nice walk for humans too! There's also a nice body of water outside the fence for dogs with a long leash or that are able to go off leash. Best dog park in the area. Well maintained and water and bags available if needed.
I think the best part is no law enforcement "babysitting" the park. It's a big area for spending a good deal of time there with your dog. It's also a great place of see various breeds in action. All the dogs socialize without incident, except for the occasional vocalization. Surprisingly, most walkers are friendly, even if it's just a, "hello". Try that anywhere else around theses parts. The park (or maybe it's volunteers) provide bags and water jugs/bowls for all that need it. There's a lake normally open to the dogs, however recently the lake is having an algae issue harmful to your dog, so that's blocked off. The only negative I can thing of is, the trash needs emptying more often than currently takes place. They've added a playground area for your two-legged "pets" as well.
