We had a wonderful time at the Tanganyika Wildlife park. It was recommended to us by a friend, and it did not disappoint. We used the 5 feedings ticket and I felt like that was plenty for my kids to do. I have 4 kids and my oldest is 7. Our favorite part of the park was the kangaroo walk. There were so many young kangaroos and they are so mellow. We even got to see a Joey still in its mama’s pouch; his little feet were sticking out. We also really loved the tortoise feeding. They are very eager to eat and will chase you around a bit. We ended our day with some time at the splash pad. This was a highlight for my kids and a great way to cool off after a hot day of walking the park. This was one of the best day trips our family has ever taken. If you have a chance to go you really should check it out!
7/11 We did a Family Trip (9 of us) and had a blast watching the grandchildren and parents enjoying all the animals and actually feeding them! They asked questions and the keepers gave very informative answers. Splash pad was great to cool off from the 100+ heat. This is definitely a wonderful change from going to just a regular zoo! Well worth the unlimited pass price!
