Fulton Street Farmers Market is the longest-running farmers market in the Grand Rapids area. First opened in 1922, it is a popular destination for the city and its metropolitan area's residents.

The market has 118 outdoor booths under a roof, and room for a small number of vendors in an indoor shopping hall, which also houses the information desk. The market opens four days a week from May to Christmas, and just Saturdays from January to April. The focus is on farm produce, with vendors providing locally grown produce getting first priority. Mobile food vendors such as food trucks and food carts also serve customers on its busier days.

It is located just west of the intersection between Fulton Street East and Fuller Avenue NE in the Midtown area of Grand Rapids.

An art market occupies the location on Sundays from June to September.

  • I love this farmers market! There's a wide variety of offerings. Fresh flowers, fresh vegetables, fruit, cookies, coffee, pastries, bread, meat, even duck eggs. Prices are great and the quality of products cuz outstanding. Go early to get a parking spot. But people do come and go so it is not too hard to find one , you just might have to wait a little bit if you go later.
  • I simply love this market place. If your looking for good and fair priced food items grown and made, come here. So many vendors with different foods to choose from. Just found this place a few yrs ago thanks to my daughter and I've been going off and on every since. Love the atmosphere and the people here in general. It's all around a fun experience to share with friends or family.
