  • Crabtree falls is accessed by a trail from a Parkway turnoff. The visitor center appears to be defunct, but there are maps and also restrooms at the campground. The trail is about 1.2 miles in; you...  more »

  • First thing: Use Crabtree campground to check gps directions ( 39000 Blue Ridge Parkway). Rough and decent trail to the falls, it’s all worth the hike to the falls. Walk it up and enjoy.
  • Could spend all day hanging by the fall. Nice shirt lil hike to get away but not have to take a whole day for the sights
