A very nice place to take a walk or have a picnic. This will truly take you back and let you enjoy nature, natural streams and waterfalls along with a great historical significance being part of the union canal. There is a very nice well preserved lock along the walking trail and a really cool cabin near a waterfall.
I like the biking trail here! Part of it is abandoned roadway, and other is stone trails. There's a neat little cabin a ways back in with a waterfall flowing down to the cabin. The trails do have some fair changes in elevation as this is not a rail to trail thing. Great place to visit and enjoy part of God's creation!
