  • If you are a local residents with young children, this is a great place to go to enjoy an afternoon. This nature preserve has been around for a while and was originally a part of old Edgemont. The walkways are easy to get through. The animals are gentle. The butterflies are amazing. The tour through the manor house is very historic. You basically have to bring your own food otherwise you have to eat on central Avenue. There are some quality programs for children and you can book an event here as well if you wish. It's worth your time and in is not overly expensive. It's pretty picturesque up here and very quiet. Enjoy it one day. Great place!!
  • This is a wonderful family friendly spot. Nice quick hikes and beautiful grounds which are free to walk. There are live animals and an entertaining wooden playground.
