    Very interesting Route 66 site. There is a safe place where you can pull off the road and take a picture. Not much to get out and see, but worth a Route 66 photograph stop.

    Aug 11/2021 I was doing my long awaited solo cross country car trip over Route 66 and the Leaning Tower of Texas was definitely to be one of my stops! Yes, it is seriously leaning! and it definitely stood out , you cant miss it! I love seeing flukey things (as you can see) and this one did NOT disappoint! Its not far from the “midpoint” of Route 66/40(be sure to stop and take pix at midpoint too!!) I Love this beautiful country and our freedoms to explore it!!) *be sure to check out the miniature Leaning Tower atop the cell tower just west of the actual tower… its a hidden treasure! (see enclosed picture)

    Super fun attraction to see. Quick little photo opp. off Route 66. Make sure you are standing west of the tower looking east at it as that's the best way to see the lean..
