Krooked Tusker Distillery, Hammondsport

Summary: Excellent liquors made in-house at this beautiful, dog-friendly venue! Liquor: Very cool flavors and excellent quality! We were very impressed with the selection and everything that we tried. Ambiance/View: It was like an oasis when we were there! If you sit in the right place you can see a sliver of the lake, but it was tucked in so nicely and surrounded by woods it was like a whole different world. The venue is nice too because you can see the whole distilling set up which the tasting staff was happy to talk you through. Plus the outdoor seating was perfect. Education: The tasting room staff was so helpful in explaining the distillation process and set up in the back; it really made for a really nice experience. Other: Folks were bringing their dogs here, so good news for folks looking for dog-friendly activities in the area! Just be sure that your pupper is leashed, or they won’t be allowed in.
