  • Saw wildlife! Pleasant staff, very welcoming. Walking path was easy hiking—wood chips and boardwalks and well maintained. Trails were very calming quiet experience. Extra Great if you need to relax...

  • Beautiful place with lovely hiking trails, ecology, and a beautiful section of shoreline. It was not at all crowded. A few people were swimming. I hiked down to the shore and sat on a bench to enjoy the view. The couple who manages the property are kind, energetic, and well-informed. It is a free place to visit, with no cost. However, they do accept donations to support their important work. A wonderful place!
  • Lovely nature preserve, more of a stroll through the woods than a hike. Maybe 1 mile of trails in total. Nice beach access for swimming in the bay. Meticulously monitored by a manager who seems to live right there at the preserve. He may even tell you where to park. Free to explore and donations are encouraged. Would give five stars if well-behaved, leashed dogs were permitted.
