  • A wonderful museum with a unique setup where part of the home is a more traditional museum space and the remainder is a historic house museum. The history of the family is very interesting and the architecture of the home is stunning. We had a young high school student as our guide on Connecticut Open House day and he was wonderful! The garden in the back is very peaceful and worth a moment of quiet. You can't even tell that you are downtown Hartford.
  • Outdoor seating available a bit loud, food is good enjoy
