Rip Roaring Adventures, Hartford

First time doing rafting, got to really chat with the guide, Eli, during the ride. Super nice dude, down to earth and fun. We were paired with another family from New Orleans, our daughters meshed well, the parents were cool, and Eli made good conversation with both families. He shared knowledge of the river, history of the area and shared that Rip Roaring is a mom and pop shop when it comes to rafting, which I liked a ton. We had a great rafting experience for our whole family on vacation! Our guide Joshton was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and had a great personality. We joked a lot with him and he was good with our kids. We had a crazy moment when the weather turned bad with lightening, hail and rain and thankful we had his years of experience to get us back safely!
