Commemorative Air Force (CAF) is the all volunteer operational arm of the American Airpower Heritage Museum, headquartered in Midland, Texas. Our inventory currently includes more than 155 vintage aircraft nation-wide, and we are the only national flying museum affiliated with the Smithsonian Institute. CAF is a registered Non-Profit 501(c)3 educational museum in the state of Utah.

The Utah Wing is one of more than 40 wings or squadrons located among 27 States and 4 foreign countries. We currently maintain and fly a 1942 Boeing Stearman open cockpit biplane, a RC-45J Navy Reconnaissance aircraft built in 1943, and a Fairchild PT-26.

Privately owned aircraft within our group are also on display and include a PV-2 Harpoon, SNJ Texan, Russian YAK-50, L-5 Stinson, PT-17 Stearman, and a Nanchang CJ6.

For more information about educational resources available through CAF Utah, aircraft associated with our wing, or to establish a newsletter subscription, please visit our website at www.cafutahwing.org.
