Justus Orchard, Hendersonville

It was a smaller sized orchard compared to some of the others in the area. We visited on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. There is a playground that the kids enjoyed and gave them something to do after they grew bored of picking apples. The store itself had plenty of the typical offerings (jelly, honey, etc.). The apple cider donuts were great but unfortunately was a VERY slow line. The apple selection as okay; we only saw about four varieties. Some of the red ones we picked on the south end of the orchard we unlabeled and also covered in some sort of insecticide.

Peaceful.The perfect place for family fun, beautiful scenery and excellent food. A beautiful orchard where you can pick your own apples or you can buy the ones already picked. They have the best fried apple pies and apple donuts.All the staff is friendly and you will definitely co.e back many times.
