  We rented four bikes from Bike Hermann this weekend. John was super easy to work with and accomodated our schedules readily. We are also inexperienced cyclist and weren't entirely comfortable riding on the main road to the Katy Trail. He offered concierge service for $10 - well worth it! He is really easy to get in touch with and very responsive. A super nice guy who deserves your business for sure. In addition, the bikes were great and easy to ride. We will be back!
