Amazing place to Stay. Went there over Memorial Day weekend with friends. Had a great time. Its full of lush green space and awesome cottages/ houses. Nearly places have lot to do. Hiking , Biking , Beach , Parks and other activities. The place got scenic view and its soothing to your senses
Hidden Valley is a difficult place to rate. The mountain is a lot of fun. It's about 10 miles from it's big sister, Seven Springs. And it's definitely the red-headed step child, so to speak. But it's also a LOT less crowded which is why locals love it, and the skiing is great! And the Black Friday special is can't miss. We actually buy two weekends every year. The downside - the lodging is outdated and sometimes you have issues like the TV having a fuzzy picture or the sinks not draining properly (or both, to be honest). And the hotel is never properly staffed. But we're there to ski, right? And it is always clean, so you're going to be comfortable. And when the price is great, they get a pass. So if you're local, staying in Somerset, or able to get a Black Friday special, check this place out. And if you don't, well thanks. Because it's that many less people on the mountain for me ;).
