Lakefront Park, Hobart

This park is kept up really nice. Hobart is doing a great job with this facility..Thursday night festivals with food trucks, live music, crafts and a beer garden..very much a family atmosphere. They even have helicopter rides if your into that. The music has been pretty good too and buds spuds is the bomb if you like fries.

I always look forward to the Hobart festival! This is a wonderful town in NWI. This town has a large beautiful lakefront; lake George. Every year the 3rd weekend in August the town puts on a festival. There are numerous food vendors, some craft vendors and a beer garden. There are live bands to enjoy! On Sunday there is a duck (plastic) race down the dam. Tickets are sold throughout the festival starting on Thursday night. All in all if you're traveling through the area or live near it's a must go to for family, friends and just a great time.
