Wonderful experience. The grounds are well maintained, the workers were very knowledgeable. There is a nice gift shop on the premises, which has a variety of items at a reasonable price. Well...

Very neat historical site! You can go up some stairs into a building that resembles the Lincoln Memorial. Inside of it you find a replica of the home Abraham Lincoln was born in. There are staff in there that speak about the history of his birth, etc. There is also a short hike and a nice visitors center. The visitors center has a small gift shop, some exhibits to learn about Abraham Lincoln’s family and the time he grew up, and even a movie viewing room where you can learn more. Definitely worth a stop if it’s near a path of travel!

No cost to enter! Self guided tour allows you to visit at your own pace. Don't miss the Spring at the bottom of the memorial from where Abraham Lincoln likely had his first drink of water. The visitor center was like a mini museum with quite a bit to explore. There is also a small souvenir shop. Bathrooms by the visitor center are very clean. You can see all the sites here in less than an hour.
