Nice slice of local life. Selection is more bountiful as it gets further into the summer season, peaking in mid to late August. Usually slimmer pickings when the market gets started in May. Love the beautiful local produce and flowers. Great vendors. We like Luna's Gardens for their consistently nice greens and herbs. And MJ Earthworks for her beautiful pottery. Lately we don't leave without getting Hailbut tacos - yum!

The Homer Farmers Market is our FAVORITE local market to visit on Saturdays in the summer. We love the fish tacos at the Alibi's food truck, the Pooh Bear honey brittle ice cream from Udder Delights, and the cabbage and mushroom piroshky from the bakery stand! Bonus: Wilson's Proper Edge makes it easy to get your knives and tools sharpened by offering "sharpen while you shop" quick-turnaround sharpening services.
