  • It must be nice in the winter too! In the summer it's hot outside and in the water but it's atypical and worth a visit. Bring back your grills there are barbecues. You can easily spend a day with your family it's fun to do! Water at about 38 degrees. It's never cold!

  • What a surprise! We read a little about this spot and thought it would be fun after visiting the Sand Dunes! It was that and much more. Grand-kids jumped of high-dive and good food. Water was so warm ...  more »

  • A real jewel in the desert near Sand Dunes National Park. The campsites are grass -- a nice start if you're camping in a tent (we were!). There are also RV sites with hookups. Now for the real star of this campground. The park features a swimming pool with water supplied from a thermal spring! A great way to work the kinks out after driving all day! The pool has a nice shop and there is a hot tub area for adults.
  • Lots of hot spring tubs. Fees vary, half price for campers. A section for families or anyone. A section for adults 21 +, because they serve alcohol, we don't drink but worth the $5 extra for an Oasis of tropical plants and spa hot tubs in various temps. RV water and electric $30,and dry camping $20. 3 cute cabins $80, all by a small pond with frogs fish and ducks. 24 hour showers and laundry for quarters. Watch out- map program took us on a wash board dirt road- not necessary. Use road B short paved road from main road.
