  • Design of the park reminds me a lot of the DC National Mall on a smaller scale, with the long pool and surrounding statues and obelisk. It's overall a really nice park with a lot of cool birds...

  • Very well maintained and planned. Lots of activities. It has good amount of parking space and it's free. I was able to find parking all the time. You can walk to the Museum and zoo or to the Japanese garden. There are public washrooms in the park and it's well maintained. If you find time enjoy the toy train or boating :) Plenty of walk paths and benches.
  • This is one of the best parks in Houston. I love this place so much. It has most scenic views, paddle boats, water fountains, train, open theatre what not! The most energetic and relaxing space for peace of mind. You can watch the ducks and tortoises near the water fountain. A good place to spend time with nature in this busy city.
