  • Always awesome. Great exhibits. Well structured. Highly respectable and impressive appreciation of culture and history. There is 3 hour parking that is street side which is free if you can find it and know your time limit. There is also a parking lot adjacent to the museum with a connecting hallway and elevator. The parking lots are suggested as this museum can easily take a full day if you're going for more than a single exhibit.
  • The butterfly exhibit was so interesting. My husband and I really enjoyed it very much. We arrived about 1 hour before closing so we didn't really get to explore everything. After we found a parking space, got in line to get our tickets, walked on down to the butterfly wing and went upstairs, we heard an announcement that the museum would be closing in 30 minutes. So we jetted to the outdoor part to commune with the butterflies. One landed on a lady's shoulder and back and just sit for a few seconds. It was fascinating. Also one of the staff ladies was very knowledgeable about the butterflies habitat and their ways and what kind/species and families they each belong to. It was quite interesting but all too soon it was time to leave *tears, tears*. We plan to return soon. Keep it up Museum of Natural Sciences.
  • I love this place anyway, but the Butterfly exhibit was enchanting. So many more butterflies than I remember. I was there with my daughter and some friends. We had a great time. If you haven't been there drop in. It's not expensive, and they have people along the trails that are glad to answer any questions that you have. That is a great touch. I hope to return soon.
  • Of course this place is fabulous! All the exhibits are fascinating, especially the Death by Natural Causes! We purchased a dual membership which is much more worth it if you are going to return at a future date. It pays for itself in 2 visits. The cute girl that helped us was very nice and accomodating! The movies are really cool also. Go! You wont be disappointed!
  • I had so much fun at the museum. Unfortunately we went on a three day weekend and the lines were quite long. Parking was also difficult to find and the parking garage ( which charges $20) was already at it's full capacity. Prepare to walk long distances as you may have to park near the zoo or a few block away.overall the museum offers something for the whole family I would definitely recommend but try to avoid going on a weekend
