Super popular place in the neighborhood. It has plenty of shops from different types of merchandises and restaurants. The location is very convenient being right next to 405 FWY and Huntington Beach Costco. It's heavy traffic during weekends or dinner time. Plenty of parking spaces with in parking structure or outdoor parking. It's a handicap friendly facility with ramps for wheelchairs.

Very nice outdoor mall/shopping center. Nice restaurants too. Unfortunately, the Staples store recently closed. I just stopped by to go to my bank (Kinecta). Lots of parking and it seems to be a very safe place.
