  • I LOVE Sheldons Marsh and go there frequently to enjoy the peace, quiet and wildlife. I especially look for the Eagles that nest there every year.

  • Nothing special, but it was a great afternoon walk spent with my son. Free parking. It is mostly a straight paved path through a forest, along a marsh and to the lake. There are a few smaller unpaved paths and one boardwalk over the marsh. We saw deer, chipmunks, birds, and squirrels. The squirrels are extremely friendly and will come up to you.. I didn't have food, but they must get some food from other pedestrians. It says no bikes, but there was one bicyclist on the path; it's wide enough that it wasn't a problem. There are a few benches to sit on if you want to take in the scenery.
  • Pretty neat place to stretch your legs. Lots of ground hogs, ground squirrels, and birds. People are feeding the wildlife peanuts which it's clearly posted not too. Several trails that branch off the main stretch. Some lead to the lakes edge. Very friendly people.
