This is the best food and wine pairing I have ever had, period. Dawn skillfully guided us through each step of the process including side tasting ventures that put the entire Texas wine process, historical and current in perfect perspective. The food was skillfully prepared, and timed, like a well choreographed presentation. My wife does not care for lamb so they prepared her a tenderloin medallions that she could cut with a fork, all delicious. It was the off season so we were the lucky sole audience at our private event. Looked like the room could hold about 20 during the peak season. Worth every penny, feel like I took advantage of them. Beautiful property.

Beautiful property, delicious Texas wine, and wonderful service! We had read bad reviews but this was not our experience at all! There was a very welcoming friendly staff. We did make reservations for a tasting and it went perfect! We ended up joining the wine club that day because of how hospitable our tasting went and the wine was great! We purchased more wine and a delicious charcuterie board! Dawn was impeccable and we can’t wait to see her again! Fransisco also stopped by to ensure we were enjoying ourselves and offered himself if we needed anything as well. It was peaceful beautiful and friendly and we will be back soon ! Thank you!
