  • Quaint but large museum highlighting the history and people who contributed to the history of the Imperial Valley. Many people from many faraway lands built this area, and each nationality’s people are highlighted. Take a look at the collection of rifles, the “National” cash registers and the early telephone equipment; some of the many artifacts on display along with high school yearbooks from the area and other more recent items. Worth a visit.
  • The Pinoeers museum in Imperial Valley California is a nice place to spend a morning or afternoon with family, friends, kids or oneself. They also have a variety of historical trains and a historical train station as well. Great place to take photos,in color and black and white-digital or film-and has plenty of free parking! There's also Imperial Valley College directly across the street and is nice to visit and walk around as well!
