Excellent service! Very friendly staff, as well as knowledgeable about products and needs of their customers. Ordered a bike online and had it delivered, and the staff treated my bike as if they had sold it to me, with care and attention. My bike was assembled and ready for pickup a two weeks before I was supposed to get it. The selection of accessories was through and met my needs. The service was above and beyond when they offered to deliver my bike to my house because it wouldn’t fit in my car. WHAT SERVICE!!!!! A+++++++++++++++

We really enjoyed our bike rental experience. Wanted to try a recumbent before buying. The staff were very friendly, informative, and passionate about all things bicycle!
