Absolutely love going to the classes that Heather teaches. Yoga on the beach was so relaxing. My daughter tried and really like the SUP yoga too! Thankful they have the programs for visitors and residents.

Heather, the instructor, is awesome!! I’ve been attending for several years. She is welcoming, friendly, kind, and always has a smile on her face. I have taken many different classes!! She was wonderful at helping me learn the moves, steps, or poses!! This was so great considering i had never taken any of those classes before.
