J.P. Coleman State Park is a state park in the U.S. state of Mississippi. It is located approximately 10 miles (16 km) north of Iuka off Mississippi Highway 25, on the banks of the Tennessee River and Pickwick Lake. The park is named for James P. Coleman, a former governor of Mississippi.

  • We rented a boat slip for a week ... stayed elsewhere .. very spacious lake .. you saw so many different type boats and tankers ... spent 3 days on the water and never took the same route ... the....  more »
  • We stayed in one of the cabins they were clean comfortable well equipped with dishes pots and pans everything you need but the food. Very quite beautiful saroundings. Looking forward to spending a another vacation here.
  • Great getaway place. The park people are great as well. We started at one spot and moved to a better place the was right on the water. We cooked out and put our feet in the water.
