Loved it. I was a little weiry about my ability to ride a fat bike and for the rack to fit my SMART car but from the moment I walked into the store and met Bill my fears were put to rest and I was going to rent and ride a fat bike. I can really see that Bill loves bikes and is keen to genuinely help others enjoy the sport too. The Bike was literally new in perfect condition and rode very well. After some help from Bill with the car rack I was on my way to another great adventure in the snow

Absolutely amazing service. All of the staff of friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive. They did a wonderful job making my wife comfortable on a full suspension, and allowed us to demo the bike at JHMR before purchasing. Definitely my new favorite local bike shop!
