  • Good breakfast and vibes. I especially love the buckwheat pancakes (they are huge and delicious)! However, the food is slow to come out, hence the minus one star. The second time I came here it was especially slow — it took over 30 minutes for our very simple order to come out. It was just pancakes, scrambled eggs, toast, sausage, stewed tomatoes (which is premade) — which should take at most 10 min. And the tables next to us, which were seated after, got their orders in 10 minutes. I think our waitress forgot our order and it was only put on the line when we reminded them after 20 minutes of waiting. The first time I came here, I had a great experience, though. Their baked goods are all fresh and homemade (and they vary by day). Try the maple walnut muffin if it’s there—one of the best muffins I’ve had. Overall I would recommend for a leisurely weekend breakfast in a beautiful spot with good atmosphere. The dining room is always bustling. Very charming.
  • One of the best breakfasts I've had in a long time. Everything was very fresh and cooked perfectly. Highly recommend!
