  • Perfect for the family! There hasn't been much rain lately, so the falls were pretty dry. Also, the Blue-Green Algae was abundant and you couldn't get in the water. However, it was still a lovely site to see. Nice shaded picnic area and lots of trails if you need to get a good hike in. It is only $6 for adults and if the kiddos are under 12 they are free! We went on a weekday so it was less crowded than weekends. I would suggest buying passes online prior to visiting.
  • This is really a beautiful place. Picturesque waterfall. It is big enough to walk or bike, you will need a few days to see all its trails. During this dry season the river is very shallow and calm, unlike last year's same dates, but anyway we had a lot of fun. And, of course, fruitful wildlife! Raccoons, armadillos, deer, many different kinds of colorful birds and fish. the bird blind is well designed. And in the star theater we saw a stunning sunset.
