  A visit to TC Lindsey is like stepping back in time. There is so much to see that I can promise you will miss something. That's okay though because it gives you a reason to go back and visit again. One of my favorite things is that they have hoop cheese. They cut it from the block just like it was done a hundred years ago. It is delicious! I also love to buy the tomato relish.

  Historical, great ambience, I felt like I went back in time. The staff and owners took the time to explain the history of the place and the heritage of the family that has owned it since the 1800. I met one of the great ,great grandsons, very nice person. I bought some summer sausage, very tasty . Highly recommend as a stopping place.
