Hollywood Casino at Kansas Speedway, Kansas City

Best casino in metro area. Staff really sets is apart, cocktail servers, slot attendants, bartenders, dealers, they all seem to want you to have a nice time while you're there. Have a nice mix of classic and newest slots. Always a live craps game running. Been going since it opened, maybe once a month, and always look forward to and enjoy my visit. Do I usually walk out with a thinner wallet - of course, it's a casino. But occasionally make a nice score. Comps are reasonable and the Turn2 restaurant and coffee shop have good food. Tends to be among the cleanest casinos, cleaning crew frequently emptying ash trays and wiping ash off the machines (like all casinos that allow smoking, there seems to be ash everywhere, but they at least try to clean it up). Main thing is that I know that a couple hours there will be a like a little vacation that's worth the money spent.

I have been to all the casinos because I live in the area. I believe this is the cleanest and overall the best one of the group. It is not the biggest. The food selection isn't all that great compared to the others. I think the Argosy has the best restaurants. I just really like the location, as it is conveniently located near many other fun things to do.
