Soooo much cultural and religious history about the first people to love in Kansas City. Plan to spend 2-3 hours on guided tour. I recognized several very special German / Russian pieces, which thrilled me! Wonderful finds! They take reservations for lunch there, too!!! It is the go-to place if you want to know the history of "Strawberry Hill!"
It seems like a great place, but they only accept cash or check and we didn't have any. Hope to go back and update the review. The tea room was quaint but the tea offerings were what you find at the grocery store. We were also rushed out because they had big group coming in. The shop had some unique items, but again, only accept cash or check. In 2019, not accepting cards is a big drawback. Hope they will change this soon.
