Since 2014, Kansas City Bier Co. has pursued a simple mission: to brew authentic-tasting German-style bier with the same character, flavor and freshness as the bier brewed and consumed in Germany. The largest locally-owned brewery, KC Bier Co. offers a variety of year-round, seasonal and specialty German-style lagers and ales brewed with imported malt and hops using traditional German brewing processes in addition to Bavarian pretzels, smoked bratwurst, meat and cheese boards and other traditional favorites in its Bierhalle & Biergarten.A visit to Kansas City Bier Company represents just the start of the adventure when you use our Kansas City day trip planner to plot your vacation.

Stopped at KCBier for an afternoon pint. Had a Festbier and it was very good. Nice layout for eating and relaxing. more »

Great beer, good location, family friendly place. Solid atmosphere with beer garden. Even better layout in and outside. Especially nice for dog owners and an open-air playhouse with gravel and toys for kids on nice days - tables have parasols for sun. They also accept reservations for tables.

Server forgot to put our order in. We waited for 45 min for our food and then finally went and asked about it. Said she forgot... really? It was like 9 and there was hardly anyone there... Then the food was brought out maybe 20 min later but one of the things we ordered wasn’t there. She said oh oops forgot about that give me 10 min and we will have it out... omg seriously?! Honestly it was amusing at that point. Very annoying though and I probably won’t go back :( Also the food was boring and not at all good. The pretzels looked and tasted like cheap pretzels you would get at a ballgame. The beer was good and they had a nice patio. That’s the only positive thing I can say about this place sadly.
