  • March 25, 2019 Matt our tour guide was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and shared so many interesting facts along the hike. We had kind of a difficult group with some people with special needs and he was so patient and helpful! I was very impressed!!! And the hike was well worth the incredible waterfall at the end! Thank you Matt for an adventure we will never forget
  • This was an AMAZING tour and we had an INCREDIBLE guide, Annie. It was one of the coolest things I've ever done in my life. Bring the right kind of footwear, anyone here who says the mud was too much probably wore fancy sandals or inadequate footwear! A pair of swim shoes worked great for me and I had zero issues. We went on a wetter day, but I had no issues with mud, we cruised along. Annie informed us all about botany (the invasive morning glories are so pretty, yet they do take over the palm trees! I learned so much from Annie!) and history including a pole that used to measure flood levels wayyy back in the day. After walking the medium-level hike, we got to cross over a river right to a waterfall where the Hawaiian Kings and Queens used to live! There were rainbows everywhere and Annie used her chef skills to cut up fruit perfectly so we could all have a snack at the waterfall. We swam in the water at the bottom and Annie took tons of pictures for us that I will treasure forever. The kayaking was so fun too, which you kayak to and from the area where you hike. This tour had every level of entertainment and we loved every second. Thank you Annie! We'll be back for sure!!! Aloha!
