I'm not a water park guy, but enjoyed my day here. I like the slides and lazy river, and honestly the spread out feeling of this park made it feel less crowded and reasonable for families wanting to..... more »
Kids had a blast. We rented two cabanas, so we had access to "table service" which is awesome if anyone has mobility issues. Also nice to get out of the heat & in the shade. Someone ordered brisket and sausage & it was delicious. The pizza wasn't up to my standards, but I'm a hard sell. Fruit was good. Server, "Cameron" was ON POINT & checked on us all the time- very polite and friendly too. They only negative, IMO, is they serve Pepsi products- yuk. Would recommend for families.
We are season pass holders who buy Fast passes each time we visit. It pains me to write this. but the park is not being managed or held to the same high standards it was when it was newer. In May, (which is shortly after their season starts) there were already several tubes that were "out of service", these apparently were not re-stocked or repaired. The employees are pleasant and professional and seem to do their best to keep the line moving. they are hamstrung however, because there are simply not enough rafts to keep the line moving. We waited 6 minutes one time to ride, when we were next to go simply because there were only 4 rafts in service....on a Saturday in August! Did I mention the 4 rafts had to supply 2 rides? I counted 8 rafts deflated in a sad looking pile at the bottom of the ride. We went 4+ times this Summer and some rafts never were in service, as evidenced by them being in the exact same position on the ground from May - September. The complaints about non "fast pass" riders are legit, in many cases even with the pass the wait times were excessive. The owners need to invest in having all of the rafts ready, every day they are open...doing so would probably eliminate 90% of the (justified) negative reviews.
