The front desk staff at our hotel said this beach was a must see when on Kaua'i. The trailhead was a little tricky to find, but well worth the effort! The hike down is kind of steep so wear good... more »

It was so beautiful there, and there is a nice overlook before you get down to the beach. There are rocky areas, so if the waves are strong, I would be careful

Nice beach! Shade in some areas for us pale people, waves were rough when we went, but that happens on every beach. We ended up staying there for 6 hours in the shade and it was relatively people-free for most of that time
