Discover roller coasters, carnival rides, restaurants, and shops along Kemah Boardwalk. Stroll down the shores of Galveston Bay and Clear Lake, stop for a bite to eat at one of the area's ten restaurants, or step into some of the stores lining the way. You'll find plenty of rides and games with prizes for children or the whole family, including the wooden Boardwalk Bullet roller coaster. To experience the full charm of this area, consider staying at the Boardwalk Inn, a boutique hotel at the center of it all, with balconies overlooking the bay and boardwalk. • Beautiful, right along the water. Lots of fun rides to kill a little bit of time between scheduled events, this is a great place to go! Everyone had fun and we were able to take a break from visiting museums, doing tours etc. A little bit pricey for sure if you don't buy the wristband. Rides are $6 per ride, per person. Even if you just go to walk around it's great energy and a beautiful area!
  • Excellent place to hang out with family and friends. Parking could be a bit of a hassle depending on how late in the evening you arrive. If you plan to go there arrive around 430pm on the weekends and park after 6pm its chaos to find a parking spot. People and business are very casual and a chill atmosphere. No one seems too wild and everyone seems to enjoy themselves with all the activities. A good number of business have live music on the weekends so check them out. Overall I highly recommend this place.
