Great under-rated place in Kenosha. A lot of people don't know or forget about this place. If you like local history, it's a must. Even if you are just walking downtown and want to escape the heat for a little while.
The Kenosha History Center has lots of information about Kenosha, wonderful displays and helpful staff. They lead walking tours of the Library Park area, and open the Southport Lighthouse and Southport Light Station Museum to visitors from spring through fall.
