Place has a great location just in the keys, near a grocery store and a state park you can snorkel at. The facilities are needing some maintenance, but it looks like they are working on updating everything. The room I stayed in was clean with all new furniture and fixtures. The staff are the best...very accommodating and helpful with anything questions or needs.

Amazing staff! Everyone at the resort and dive center were so helpful. Our room was clean, the grounds are well kept and the views/outside seating plentiful. Great stay we will be back.
