Dolphins Plus Bayside, Key Largo

My family and I were visiting Key largo during summer break and we booked this place online in advance; seems like they get full quickly. -When you arrive, check in by the gift shop and expect to sit and listen to an educational session about the dolphins anatomy and safety precautions, and Q&A. Approx 15-20min. -Our trainer, named (G) was very professional and friendly. She instructed us step by step of what to do and not to do. She was patient and friendly with us. -The place was clean and very organized. Also online they offered a picture package that you can buy in advance, you can also buy it after. Since you’ll be in water with the dolphins, you can’t take your own pictures. But they have someone that is taking pictures during your interaction with the dolphin and they will email it within 72 hours. It’s been 48 hours we haven’t received ours yet, So I’ll update this review regarding the status of those pictures. Overall my family had a blast and it was truly a great experience!! -We did the shallow water interaction. Next time we will try the swimming with the dolphins in the deeper water when my son is comfortable enough to swim. For sure will be back again. This is a once in a life time experience. The family was visiting the keys and of course the kids wanted to see dolphins! This is the place to be, we got to get close to the dolphins in a very educational and safe way. It was amazing getting to feel a dolphin and hear the noises up close in personal. 10/10 would recommend for anyone. The staff was also terrific making the experience even more top notch.
