Compass Rose Charters, Key West

My boyfriend and his family go out fishing with Michael Weinhoffer alot down here over the past 15 years, I finally got the mike weinhoffer experience yesterday. 1st of all the man is a character, lots of great stories and experience 2nd we caught a ton of fish. He was awesome, it was a great time, lots of laughs, and if you were doing something wrong he would tell you how to fix it. And loved the fact that he took the time to explain how and why to do it the way he said it. Not only for safety but for keeping the damn fish on the line. 10/10 would recommend fishing with him for a family trip, a boys trip, a girls day (even if you know nothing), the right kind of sarcastic, fun, just can't say enough great things.

What can I say beside WOWOWOOWOW what an amazing experience with one of the best captain in the keys. I love fishing in the keys and having someone that knows the waters makes a difference we have been out with other charters in the keys. So we called and asked the questions and we loved how upfront and honest he was with us. We went out 4 days each day was different experience from the big boat the Blind Squirrel, the center console, to the flats we tried them all. If you expect to catch fish every time you throw the line in it is not Key West Fishing. Captain Mike, and his mates made our days extremely fun and a great experience even with 7 of us on some if the boats. They also care about the fish they catch we had shark on a hook his team took the time to remove the hook and made sure the shark was good to back in. We had a place to relax when not fishing and enjoy the waters. I can continue to write here for a very long review from the BEST Fishing Experience in the Keys. Kudos to Capt Mike and your team !!!!!!!! We look forward to coming down with a bigger group next time our staff loved the experience. I highly recommend Compass Rose for Key West Fishing and a day on the water. and to Stevie you are a awesome captain and love you were great with all of our team members including the ones that hated touching fish Kudos!!!
