This rum distillery serves the best rum I’ve tasted, which includes rums I’ve had in the Caribbean. The rums are very smooth and have an amazing flavor. Isaac the presenter, did an excellent job explaining the rum and the process of making the rum. I highly recommend trying this rum, this is the only place you can get the original bottle of Hemingway rum that contains a compass bottle cap.

The distillery tour consisted of a very brief of Hemingway and an overview of the rum distilling process. There was a tasting of 4 types of rum. If you take the tour, you get $5 off a bottle in the store. The store had a great selection of logo merchandise, including clothing, accessories, stickers and of course, rum. It is also pet friendly. Staff was very nice.
