Love keystone. It's like Breckenridge but less crowded. This is my first season here and I am not disappointed. I like the different level of runs and I like the fact that the runs are long enough to have fun before going on the lift again. there are two Gondolas which helps when you don't want to ride with your board hanging down on your foot going up the mountain.
I have never been so impressed by customer service from such a large facility! Every single person we interacted with was so sweet and genuine and they really just wanted to help us with any questions that we had. Bill was our Kat driver and he was extra careful with our large group to make sure everyone was comfortable during the trip. The folks in the yurt at the tubing hill were so sweet and helpful throughout the entire experience. If you do the tubing with a group or family I highly recommend buying the photo package from them. Thanks to the very reasonably priced package, we ended up with 70+ beautiful professionally taken photos of the people in our group. The only negative/area for improvement would be the employees working the hills being able to hold the weight of 3 and 4 person tube groups. They recommend going in groups in the safety video, but then there was a women working that was not capable of holding three tubes. One of our group members got run over by the two other rubes when the women collapsed and let go of the tubes before anyone was ready. Thankfully no one was seriously hurt but the management team should really be mindful of that and have 2 people working each lane, especially on a busier day. Other than that, I highly recommend coming here for a winter adventure trip!
